Your own booking page, your staff, your schedules. No per-staff fee.

Booking platforms bill you monthly and again for every chair. This one is yours: $5,000 once, 0% commission, no per-staff fee.

For massage, barbershop, salon, chiro: anyone who books people against a calendar. Not for clinics that bill insurance.

Restaurant? The same build, for pickup orders.

Book an appointment on the phone. Watch it land on the owner's board.

Built from the screens we ship, with a demo business's staff and services. Pick a staff member, a service, a date and a time. Confirm. Then work the tablet: complete it, cancel it, pause bookings, change someone's weekly schedule, change a price.

Nothing here is how your platform will look. This is the booking flow and the owner's board, with a made-up shop so you can tap through it. The one you get is built and designed specifically for your brand and business.

Same product, three sample businesses. Yours calls your people whatever your clients call them.

  1. 1Pick a staff member, service, date and time
  2. 2Confirm. No account, no app
  3. 3On the tablet: Complete, Cancel, pause bookings, change someone's week
  4. 4Services: change a price, then look at step 1 on the phone
  5. 5It flips to the tablet by itself. That's the moment.

Demo business. Nothing here is sent anywhere. A working replica of the real screens. Any active staff member can be booked for any active service, in the demo and in the product.

Your booking just landed.

That's your booking page, with your staff and services, in 5 business days.

$5,000once

$150 a month is $5,400 over three years and $9,000 over five. And you still own nothing.

Subscription platforms bill a solo practitioner $20-70 a month and a 3-5 person studio $70-150 a month. Once processing and text messages stack, a 3-person studio lands at $100-200 a month all-in. Put your own figure in below.

This is a cost comparison, not a savings claim. Nothing here says you'll make more money. It says what you stop paying, and when. At $70 a month all-in you don't pass $5,000 until year six: owning is the wrong call at that price.

THE PART THAT IS NOT THE STICKER PRICE

Marketplace platforms also take a cut of bookings. Fresha takes 20% of a new client's first visit booked through its marketplace, about $6 minimum, including clients you brought in yourself. Booksy's Boost takes 30% of a new client's first visit, $10 minimum, $100 cap. Mindbody marketplace bookings run about 23.5% all-in. Your own booking page takes 0%, and it never shows the shop next door at the moment of rebooking.

Anyone working that day can be booked for any service. Email reminders go out from your sending account at handoff. Card payments go through your processor, wired at launch. If text reminders or a card-on-file deposit is why you'd say yes, say so and we'll tell you straight.

After that: your domain, about $15 a year. That's the whole ongoing bill. Hosting and your database sit on free accounts in your name and stay free at one studio's volume. None of it comes to us.

You own the running app on your own accounts: your hosting, your database, your domain, with every booking and client record in accounts under your name. Changes to the system come from us, hourly, quoted up front. Your data, your domain and your admin need nobody.

The subscription meter runs for as long as you're open. This one stops at $5,000.

At $100-200 a month all-in, three years is $3,600-7,200 and five years is $6,000-12,000. Here it's $5,000, once, and in year five you pay us $0.

The proof is the product. Yours.

We build your booking system before you decide. Your staff, your services, your hours, your colours, live at a password-gated address with a written date it comes down. The proof you see is your own studio taking a test booking.

  • Studios, barbershops and salons are next.
  • Every system is built for one business. Yours is built before you decide.

We build it first. You decide second.

  1. 01

    Tell us your studio.

Name, city, a link to your services or your current booking page. Two minutes.

  2. 02

    We build it.

Your staff and their schedules, your services with prices and durations, your hours, your colours. Live at a password-gated address 5 business days after we have your staff list and their weeks, your services with prices and durations, and your hours. The clock starts when the last of those lands, not when you send the form.

  3. 03

    You see it running.

Book a test appointment on your phone. Watch it land on the tablet. Show your staff.

  4. 04

    Then you decide.

$5,000, once, and the live build goes onto your own accounts. The demo comes down on the date written on your offer sheet.

Two calls included: a 30-minute launch walkthrough and a 30-day check-in.

What owners ask before they say yes.

All questions

My clients find me on the marketplace.

Some new clients do, and the marketplace charges you 20-30% of that first visit for it. Keep the listing if it earns its cut. This is for the rebooking: your regulars, booking on your own page, where nobody shows them the shop next door and nobody takes a percentage.

I need appointment reminders.

Email reminders and confirmations ship at handoff, from your sending account. Text reminders are not in this build. If SMS is the reason you would say yes, say so and we'll tell you straight.

How do I stop no-shows without taking a deposit?

No card on file in this build, so not the way a deposit does. What you get is every booking on your board with the client's phone number, and one tap to cancel and free the slot. If a card-on-file deposit is the thing keeping your chairs full, a subscription platform does that today and we don't.

Can I still take bookings over the phone?

Yes, for a future date: book it into your own page the way a client would, from the phone in your hand, and it lands on the board with everyone else's. Today's walk-ins and same-day phone calls stay in your paper book for now. The online flow opens at tomorrow, and there's no way to key a booking straight into the board yet.

Only one of my people does that service.

Then this build isn't there yet. Any active staff member with availability can be booked for any active service today. If only one of your people does a service, that one is a phone call for now.

Can clients cancel their own booking?

Not from a link, no. Cancelling is your action: two taps on the board, and the slot is free again. Clients call or message you the way they do today.

What happens when I add staff?

Add them in the admin, set their week, done. No per-staff fee, no per-seat charge, no extra bill of any kind. You paid once and that was the whole bill.

What happens when someone quits?

Flip Active off. She disappears from the booking page immediately and every booking she ever took stays in the record. No deleting, no cleanup.

Whose hours win, mine or my staff member's?

Yours. Your shop hours cap everyone. If Mia's week runs to 8pm and you close at 6, nobody can book her at 7. The two are combined, not stacked.

Someone will book me for eight minutes from now.

They can't. Minimum notice is yours to set, in hours, and the online flow never offers today. How far ahead they can book is yours to set too, so nobody claims a slot eleven months out.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. Name and email, phone optional, one 8-character reference at the end. That's the entire ask.

Is $5,000 worth it against $79 a month?

$79 a month is $2,844 over three years and $4,740 over five, and you still own nothing. If you plan to be open in year five, run the numbers on the calculator. If your all-in is under $138 a month and three years is your horizon, the subscription wins on price and that's the honest answer.

We bill insurance.

Then this isn't for you yet. Clinics that bill insurance need clinical notes, insurance receipts with a registration number and digital intake, and this build has none of them. Jane App does that today.

What if the system breaks?

The hosting and the database are accounts in your name, not ours. There's no Zavi server in between that can go down and take your system with it. If we vanished tomorrow, your system would keep taking bookings and it would still cost you nothing to run. If you want changes or help later, we're available at an hourly rate, quoted up front.

$5,000

once

Either way your client list is yours from day one. The only question is how many of your regulars rebook on your page instead of theirs.

We build it, you look at it, and if you don't want it we take it down. Nothing owed. Zavi Digital, (613) 558-0614.

Pay in full: $5,000, 50% to start and the balance at launch. Spread it over a year: 12 x $459 by credit card, $5,508 total. The extra $508 is the cost of not paying it at once. After month 12 you're done either way.
